Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of industrial work sites, solid relationships with law enforcement and demonstrated leadership, motivational and management skills.
• The position requires demonstrated experience and progressive responsibility in industrial security, military security or law enforcement.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this job
• Fluent in the English language.
• First Aid/CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator is required within 180 days from start of employment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of law enforcement background or one (1) year private security service background or Military Service in related security fields.
• Certified by the State of Alaska as a Security Officer
