KAKIVIK Asset Management, LLC, a successful company specializing in asset integrity management, Non-Destructive Testing and Quality Program Management seeks President/CEO. President/CEO is responsible for providing strategic leadership, collaborating with Board and management on long-term goals and policies, leading business development efforts, managing exceptional team of technical professionals, fostering collaborative and inclusive company culture, providing financial oversight for all operations, maintaining positive relationships in the business community and acting as the public representative of the corporation. Position requires at least ten years of progressively responsible management experience, some of which must be in a technical or engineering setting. Need at least basic familiarity with quality programs, non-destructive testing and inspection and must be able to articulate such information. Experience with or knowledge of Alaska oil industry strongly preferred. Exposure to Outside oil and gas industry a plus. Must be able to demonstrate ability and experience in areas of strategic planning and business development. Also requires experience working with proposals and contracts, contributing to a strong safety record, working with corporate policies/procedures and demonstrated analytical ability. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to speak effectively in front of groups and have track record of creating and maintaining positive relationships in the business community. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to lead by example, foster a team and collaborative spirit among employees and history of supporting staff development in a technical environment are essential. Also requires strong financial oversight and experience with budget development, cash flow and profit/loss. Experience working with board of directors desired. Requires bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field. Must be able to pass background check as required by Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
